Service Description

There is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to your goals. Our Custom Training Program is tailored to suit your specific needs. After an initial consultation, we will craft a personalized and comprehensive training program to reach your desired goals. The program includes a combination of personal training, meal planning, wellness coaching, and unlimited access to your coach. And as an added bonus, you will also receive a complimentary copy of our Exercise Cards, and an autographed copy of the recently published book 'Why You Can't Lose Weight - The Blueprint for Healthy Living'. With your commitment and consistency, this program has everything you need to make your health and fitness goals a reality.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 3 hours in advance to avoid being charged. No Calls/No Shows will be charged for that session. If a client is late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
