XCEL is truly an accident-turned-business. It was spring 2021 when I was making a bowl of oatmeal, and decided to make my own chopped dates. But what started as a simple breakfast  quickly turned into a bold mission: craft a vegan, gluten-free meal bar made only from real ingredients that actually fuels your day. Dates became the foundation—naturally sweet, packed with fiber and potassium, and powerful enough to carry you from early meetings to late workouts. No shortcuts. No nonsense.
